Hello! I’m Julie. I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern under the supervision of Jen Hill at Resilience Group. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University, where I am developing the clinical skills to support individuals, couples, and families.

I bring both my education and personal life experience into my work with clients. I believe healing begins in a space where individuals feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, valued, and comfortable being vulnerable.

I am passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and growth. Together, we will explore the root of issues that may be holding you back from living a more intentional and fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting you as you build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful change. It will be my privilege to walk alongside you in the therapy process.
